We support the acquisition of residential and investment properties, sourcing opportunities both on and off market, and providing portfolio-level guidance. We have supported overseas investors in securing investment financing in excess of ¥100 million at competitive rates, as well as establishing corporate structures in Japan in coordination with legal and tax advisors.
Operating under Financial Instruments Business Type II and Investment Advisory & Agency licenses, a combination held by fewer than 500 firms in Japan. Our involvement extends across the full process, from acquisition through structuring and ownership.

Co-founder & Senior Advisor
Formerly of JLL, Gen brings over a decade of Japanese real estate experience with transactions exceeding JPY 10 billion across residential, office, logistics, and hotel assets. Returning to his family's business, he now combines institutional-grade expertise with the relationships and local knowledge built over generations. He leads on income-generating investments, covering acquisition, financing, and asset management end to end.

Mike has since been involved in several significant transactions. Kagura Estates is his initiative — a new platform bringing the firm's two decades of experience to a wider audience. Taiwanese-American and Tokyo-based, fluent in English, Mandarin and Japanese, Mike bridges cultures and markets with fluency.
