Kagura's View

The location and renovation are good, but the asking price looks high. A 2025 Q2 MLIT Higashi-Ueno house sale is an unusually close physical match: 50 m² of land, a 90 m² steel building completed in 1999, and access by a 4 m private road. It closed at JPY 95 million; this property asks about 58% more. The complete renovation and five-minute access to Ueno and Inaricho justify a premium, but the private-road share remains a real compromise. We would call this convenient and attractive, but expensive at the asking price.
